Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for HVAC engineers, BMS technicians, and support staff to install, maintain, and repair building systems across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, commissioning, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of fire fighting systems.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational monitoring of HVAC systems at metro stations, elevators, escalators, and data center cooling.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and performing diagnostics.
• Repair of refrigeration systems, compressor overhaul, motor rewind, and maintaining service records.
• Equipment management in facility management, including HVAC technician responsibilities.
• Managing low‑current systems installation, technician coordination, project quality, and safety compliance.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Designing fire alarm systems for industrial and commercial sectors; AutoCAD proficiency and programming experience required.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control faults in HVAC systems while monitoring performance parameters.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical diploma in HVAC, electrical, or engineering; ITI/Diploma acceptable.
• Minimum 0–6 years experience; Gulf experience preferred.
