Job summary

King Abdullah University of Science & Technology seeks an experienced Business Manager to oversee faculty support services, administrative operations, and financial management across the Biomedical Sciences Division. You will partner with divisional leadership to drive operational excellence and compliance with institutional policies.

Lead a team of Business Coordinators, coordinate with KAUST departments, and implement process improvements, dashboards, and resource planning to support research

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business operations and administration.
• Experience in higher education or research institutions preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytics, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidentiality.
