Job summary

Supreme Technology Solutions is seeking a BIM specialist to develop 3D drawings for ELV and Fire Fighting systems and support the engineering team with detailed documentation.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate models, run clash detection, and ensure data integrity with project standards and local codes. A 3+ year BIM background is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD.
• Autodesk Certified Professional or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D drawings for ELV and Fire Fighting Systems.
• Provide back office support to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate multi-discipline models and resolve conflicts through clash detection.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of models to ensure data integrity and adherence to project standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
