Job summary

Noble Architecture in Riyadh is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to support high-end fit-out and detailed construction projects. The role focuses on creating accurate 3D models in Revit and ensuring coordination across disciplines.

You will collaborate with engineering, site teams, and design reviews, produce shop drawings, and ensure models reflect latest changes. This office-based role emphasizes execution and documentation in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as BIM Modeler.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
• Strong BIM coordination and workflow knowledge.
• Ability to work in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling using Revit to develop accurate 3D models.
• Produce coordinated models for architectural and fit-out works.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Navisworks.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Extract shop drawings from BIM models.
• Update models reflecting latest project changes.
• Support design coordination meetings and model reviews.

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong technical and coordination skills to support the delivery of high-end fit-out, joinery, and detailed construction projects.

This role goes beyond modeling — it requires understanding how design integrates with construction, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit
• Produce coordinated models for architectural and fit-out works
• Ensure models align with project specifications and drawings
• Clash Detection & Coordination
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Resolve clashes in coordination with design and site teams
• Drawings & Documentation
• Extract shop drawings and detailed drawings from BIM models
• Support preparation of as-built models and documentation
• Ensure model updates reflect latest project changes
• Project Coordination
• Work closely with engineering, site, and project teams
• Support design coordination meetings and model reviews
• Ensure BIM outputs align with execution requirements
