Job summary

Moomoo is seeking a Brokerage Services Support Specialist to assist Arabic- and English-speaking customers across onboarding, trading platform usage, and account registration. You’ll respond via multiple channels and help resolve issues while maintaining high service quality.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with regional shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates with finance internship experience encouraged.
• Diploma holders with 1–2 years in brokerage/call center are eligible.
• Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial markets is advantageous.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; English/ Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to local and overseas customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product features.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sells.
• Assist with trading account registration and verification processes.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Record and organize customer feedback and training materials.
