SWOT Hospitality is on the look for an experienced and polished Bartender to join our upscale dining team. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft mocktails, premium beverage, and elevated guest service, and thrives in a refined, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary beverage with consistency and precision.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage pairings.
• Deliver exceptional, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining area.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing bar at all times.
• Ensure accurate order taking, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, service etiquette, and presentation.

Qualifications
