Job summary

Jing Hau in Riyadh is seeking experienced Baristas to join our team. You will prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A well-known coffee shop in Riyadh is seeking experienced and skilled Baristas to join our team As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks and other beverages to our customers The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks teas and other beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area at all times
• Ensure that all products are fresh and of high quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods is essential
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
