Job summary

Smart Resourcing International in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced baristas to join our cafe team. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages following standard recipes and maintain consistent quality.

Responsibilities include customer service, operating caf equipment and POS systems, keeping the station clean, and working in shifts. English basic communication is required; strong groom and professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of barista/caf experience.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee-making techniques.
• Basic English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, and beverages according to recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and caf equipment.
• Maintain beverage quality and latte art.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
• Operate POS systems when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station.
