Banking & Partnerships Executive

We have an urgent requirement for Banking & Partnerships Executive for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Candidates Should Have Banking Sales/Selling Loyalty Programs Experience. Experience is in partnerships, banking promotions.

Role Overview

The Banking & Partnerships Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and other ecosystem partners. This role focuses on driving joint initiatives, enhancing co-branded offerings, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership activities to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with banks, fintechs, loyalty programs, and other strategic partners.
  • Proactively approaching potential partners to explore new collaboration opportunities, campaigns, and joint value propositions.
  • Negotiating partnership terms, commercial agreements, and campaign structures to maximize business impact.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Planning, launching, and monitoring joint marketing campaigns with partners to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Coordinating kiosk placements, in-store activations, and promotional events with partners and internal teams.
  • Ensuring timely execution of campaigns, including approvals, creative alignment, and operational readiness.
Operational Coordination
  • Managing day-to-day operational escalations, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and partners.
  • Overseeing customer issue resolution related to co-branded products, loyalty programs, or partner-driven services.
  • Ensuring timely processing of reimbursements, incentives, and budget allocations for partnership activities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Preparing performance dashboards and analytical reports on partnership campaigns, card usage, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities within the KSA/GCC financial ecosystem.
  • Providing data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future partnership initiatives.
Customer Engagement & Value Enhancement
  • Promoting easy payment plans, loyalty redemptions, and co-branded benefits to enhance customer experience.
  • Supporting the development of new partnership-led products, offers, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, banking promotions, financial product marketing, or card portfolio management within the KSA/GCC region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA/GCC retail banking landscape, loyalty programs, and co-branded card ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across banks, fintechs, internal departments, and retail locations.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
