Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a bakery professional to prepare, bake, and decorate breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts, including pizzas. You will ensure proper storage, packaging, and sanitation while maintaining records of distributions and production levels.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and planning skills, with an emphasis on cleanliness and adherence to standards. Gulf region experience is a plus for this permanent, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production and pastry prep.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
• Good cleanliness and food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, produces, as well as cooks breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts, pizza.
• Decorating and showing finished items.
• Ensure all baked products are stored and packaged correctly.
• Maintain records related to distributions, stock, and production levels.
• Clean and restock workstations; ensure all equipment is sanitized.
• Inspect quality of ingredients before baking to meet set standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized at all times.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time, and resource management.
• Utilize good planning skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
• Assist team with cooking and execution.
• Ideally with Gulf experience.
