Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim's Bakery Commercial Manager at MAF Retail Head Office KSA leads commercial strategies, coordinates with buyers, and supports product selection for store shelves, catalogs, and online channels.

You will drive sales planning, pricing, promotions, and negotiations with key accounts, while collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role within bakery, food manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of bakery products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Lead sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail chains, and food service customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and partners.
• Lead and develop the commercial team to drive high performance and business growth.
