Job summary

SkyCrew in Jizan, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Baker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods, including traditional Indian or Kenyan varieties, ensuring quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include measuring ingredients, monitoring ovens, decorating cakes, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian or Kenyan baking techniques is preferred.
• Fluent in English language speaking reading writing.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough for breads pastries and other baked goods.
• Bake products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
• Monitor ovens and adjust temperatures as needed.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area at all times.
