Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a maintenance role for high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Experience maintaining Lid and Shell Making (LSM) equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and precision instruments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Vocational training or technical diploma is required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Commitment to safety and GMP/company safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Back End LSM machinery (presses, slitters, lining machines, conveyors) per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and parts replacements (bearings, gears, belts, seals).
• Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure product specs and quality standards.
• Use schematics, blueprints, and manuals to troubleshoot and repair.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve recurring problems.
• Document maintenance and repairs in the CMMS accurately.
• Follow safety protocols, GMPs, and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new LSM equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
