Job summary

CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Back End LSM Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair back end lid and shell making lines in our Dammam can manufacturing facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues, and ensure GMP and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong reading of schematics and blueprints, proficiency with CMMS, and willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with Lid and Shell Making (LSM) equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/schematics.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Back End LSM machinery (presses, slitters, lining machines, conveyors) per schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of worn parts.
• Calibrate equipment to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Use schematics/blueprints/technical manuals for repairs.
• Document maintenance in CMMS and follow GMP/safety protocols.
• Assist in installation/commissioning of new LSM equipment.
