Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a maintenance mechanic to service high-speed LSM machinery, including presses, slitters, lining machines and conveyors.

You will diagnose mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and document activities in the CMMS while following GMPs and safety rules. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance of can-making equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in maintenance of high-speed manufacturing machinery.
• Specialization in Lid and Shell Making (LSM) equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on LSM machinery per schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of worn parts with attention to quality.
