Job summary

BAE Systems KSA is seeking an Avionic Technician to support the RSAF Typhoon Flying programme in Taif. The role focuses on maintaining aircraft documentation, data integrity, and servicing standards to meet operational intent.

You will perform specialist maintenance and flight line duties, ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and proper engineering governance while adhering to safety and quality frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification maintenance in an operational flying aircraft environment.
• Experience on the Typhoon or completion of BAESSA apprenticeship (SNTTP/TSNTTP).
• Recognised technical qualification (NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC) or equivalent acceptable to MC&A/MCA.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Specialist Trade maintenance activities or flight line duties as required by RSAF and directed by line management.
• Ensure airworthiness and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved data and regulations.
• Ensure engineering activity is covered by the appropriate Engineering Authority and maintain documentation standards.
• Follow RSAF and BAE Systems safety practices and participate in safety programs and post-maintenance reviews.
