Job summary

GDC Middle East is seeking an Aviation Supply Specialist to manage material requisitions, inventory, and logistics coordination for aviation supplies and equipment. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to meet operational needs.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of aviation supply chain regulations, and experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, G21, RAMCO.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of aviation supply chain regulations and procedures.
Experience with aviation ERP systems and data management.

Responsibilities

Initiate, process, and track material requisitions for aviation supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records including stock levels and locations.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with procurement to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
Inspect incoming supplies for quality and accuracy against specifications.
Utilize ERP systems (SAP, G21, RAMCO) to manage operations.
Maintain documentation for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
Analyze supply data to identify optimization and cost savings.
Provide customer service to internal customers and resolve inquiries.
Ensure compliance with aviation supply chain regulations and safety standards.
Identify process improvements and implement changes as appropriate.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams.
