Job summary

Catrion in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Section Supervisor to oversee the monitoring and efficient function of the area, ensuring immediate action during changes in aircraft or flight loads and maintaining smooth operations across all functions of the Section.

Harmonize with Maintenance, Stores and Service Reps to secure resources, prepare daily reports, manage shift handovers, and uphold safety standards and procedures for reliable, timely flights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and efficient functioning of the area, ensuring immediate action during changes in aircraft or flight loads.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment and facilities maintenance within deadlines.
• Assist in peak planning and rosters for the Section.
• Coordinate with other Sections/Departments for information and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain discipline in the Section and prepare daily activity reports and handovers to the next shift.
• Ensure completion and submission of TAS on time and supervise monthly inventory.
• Ensure safe and on-time assembly and loading of flights in line with DBL.
