Job summary

First National Human Resources Company seeks an Automation Surveillance Engineer to design, test, validate and support Automation and Surveillance systems in aviation contexts. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, and seamless integration with existing ATM infrastructure.

You will lead proposal development, oversee system testing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure design and implementation meet performance specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications in bidding, project management or technical disciplines are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of technical proposals for Automation and Surveillance systems in response to client RFPs.
• Lead testing and validation processes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate system design and implementation with internal teams to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling milestones and resource allocation.
• Support regulatory compliance and ongoing technical assessments for ICAO and aviation standards.
