Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the workshop floor, ensuring repairs and services meet OEM standards, on time and first time. You will act as the bridge between Service Advisors, Parts, and Technicians, safeguarding customer commitments and dealership profitability through disciplined floor management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• OEM-certified Master Technician qualification preferred.
• 6–8 years of workshop experience in a franchised dealership.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OEM diagnostic systems and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Allocate repair orders to technicians based on skill and workload to maximize productivity.
• Monitor work-in-progress and remove bottlenecks to hit delivery times.
• Ensure technicians follow OEM repair manuals and dealership processes.
• Drive workshop KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and labour utilization.
• Coach technicians and conduct daily briefings on safety and performance.
