Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field; OEM Master Technician preferred.
- Experience: 7–10 years in a franchised automotive dealership workshop and proven diagnostics experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex or high-priority technical cases escalated from the workshop.
- Coordinate recalls, SSCs, and field actions from identification to completion.
- Coach Technicians on complex repairs and new technologies; conduct trainings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all work meets OEM standards to support warranty approval and audit readiness.
- Analyze workshop data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce repeat repairs.
