Job summary

Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy, is hiring on behalf of our client in the Automotive Manufacturing sector for the position of Production Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will supervise daily production operations, ensure targets are met safely, monitor quality, coordinate manpower and machine utilization, and implement Lean 5S practices. Minimum 4+ years in automotive manufacturing with supervision; Diploma/BE; Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry with experience supervising production operations.
• Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering (typical) and a related certification are preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely.
• Monitor quality standards and reduce defects.
• Coordinate manpower and machine utilization.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
