Job summary

Valpro is seeking an Automation Program Lead to drive automation, digital systems, and readiness across a greenfield pharma/biotech expansion in the Midwest. You will coordinate controls, SCADA, MES, and related systems, owning governance, digital integration, MES/EBR governance, CSV coordination, and deployment readiness to ensure a smooth startup.

Automation Program Lead — Midwest (Greenfield Pharma/Biotech Program)

About the Role
Join a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion as Automation Area Lead, driving automation, digital systems, and computerized system readiness across a greenfield campus.

What You're Doing

• Develop automation commissioning and qualification strategies
• Coordinate controls, SCADA, MES, and related systems activities
• Own Automation Governance, Digital Systems Integration, MES/EBR Governance, CSV Coordination, and Deployment Readiness
• Drive cross-functional alignment between automation and CQV teams

What We're Looking For

• Extensive DeltaV platform experience (strongly preferred)
• Track record leading automation programs on greenfield pharma/biotech builds
• Experience with large capital projects involving automation and digital systems qualification

Location: Midwest (site-specific details shared during interview process)
