Job summary

Valspec in the United States invites a Digital Manufacturing Readiness Lead to drive digital transformation and Industry 4.0 readiness across a major greenfield pharma/ biotech program on the East Coast. You will lead AI/data analytics initiatives, coordinate readiness planning with the Automation Program Lead, and align enterprise manufacturing systems with business goals.

About the Role
Join a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing program as Digital Manufacturing Readiness Lead, driving digital transformation and Industry 4.0 readiness across the site.

What You'll Do

• Support digital transformation strategy and AI/data analytics initiatives across manufacturing systems
• Coordinate Industry 4.0 readiness planning alongside the Automation Program Lead
• Partner with the Business Readiness Manager on enterprise manufacturing systems alignment

What We're Looking For

• Background in digital transformation, AI strategy, and data analytics
• Experience with Industry 4.0 and enterprise manufacturing systems
• Comfortable operating on large capital pharma/biotech or advanced manufacturing projects
