Job summary

Valspec, a global provider of system validation and lifecycle services, is seeking an experienced Overall C&Q Lead for a major greenfield pharmaceutical expansion on the East Coast. This high-visibility owner's-agent role oversees commissioning and qualification strategy across multiple facilities and workstreams.

You will lead CQV governance, program planning, reporting, and milestone tracking, coordinating CQV managers and cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting executive decisions.

Overall C&Q Lead — East Coast (Greenfield Pharma/Biotech Program)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced C&Q Lead to provide program-level leadership for a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion on the East Coast. This is a high-visibility owner's-agent role overseeing commissioning and qualification strategy across multiple facilities and workstreams.

What You'll Do

• Establish CQV governance and execution strategy for a multi-facility program
• Lead program-level planning, reporting, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate CQV managers and cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Support executive-level decision-making and issue resolution
• Act as owner's agent across vendor selection and deliverable management

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years leading CQV programs on large capital pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Experience with Validation Master Plans, cross-discipline program management, and owner-side project delivery
• Comfortable operating across utilities, facilities, equipment, and automation validation
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Location: East Coast (site-specific details shared during interview process)
