Job summary

Valpro is seeking an Automation Program Lead for the Midwest to drive automation, digital systems, and readiness across a greenfield pharma/biotech campus. You will lead commissioning/qualification strategies and coordinate SCADA, MES, and related systems with CQV teams.

The role requires strong DeltaV experience, a proven track record on pharma/biotech automation programs, and experience with large capital projects. The position is site-based in the Midwest with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• DeltaV platform experience is strongly preferred.
• Track record leading automation programs on greenfield pharma/biotech builds.
• Experience with large capital projects involving automation and digital systems qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation commissioning and qualification strategies.
• Coordinate controls, SCADA, MES, and related systems activities.
• Own Automation Governance, Digital Systems Integration, MES/EBR Governance, CSV Coordination, and Deployment Readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between automation and CQV teams.
