Job summary

Valspec is seeking a Validation & Compliance Lead for a major greenfield pharma/biotech program on the East Coast. You will drive risk-based validation strategy and regulatory compliance across the project.

This role requires strong GAMP and DeltaV expertise, leadership in C&Q, and proven experience with large capital pharmaceutical initiatives. You will collaborate with QA, regulatory teams, and site stakeholders to ensure inspection readiness and data integrity.

• Proven risk-based C&Q leadership on greenfield biologics/pharma projects.
• Experience with large capital pharma or biotech project delivery.
