Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract Services) in Riyadh, KSA. You will provide high-level cost management and commercial consultancy during pre-construction, developing cost plans, estimates, value engineering, and procurement strategies to deliver value-driven solutions.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, managing multiple projects, and maintaining strong client relationships while adhering to RLB standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Commercial Management, or related field.
• MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of pre-contract quantity surveying and cost management services across multiple projects.
• Mentor Senior QS, QS, and Graduate QS.
• Review key deliverables to ensure compliance with RLB standards and quality requirements.
• Lead value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives to support client objectives.
• Advise clients on project affordability, cost risks, and budget management strategies.
• Oversee tender documentation, commercial requirements, and procurement strategies.
