Job summary

Abaad is seeking an Associate Principal to lead the Abaad Data Portal, aligning business objectives with data platform capabilities. You will drive product planning, governance, and continuous enhancement to deliver scalable, high-value data services for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include defining the strategy and long-term roadmap, managing the backlog, and coordinating with analytics, engineering, BI, and design teams to ensure delivery excellence and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, BI, analytics platforms, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Abaad Data Portal.
• Manage backlog prioritization, product performance, and continuous enhancement of data services.
• Coordinate with analytics, engineering, BI, design, and business teams to ensure effective governance and delivery.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; balance stakeholder requests with technical constraints.

• Define and maintain the strategic vision for the Abaad Data Portal in alignment with organizational and customer objectives.
