Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Data & AI Product Manager to bridge business, delivery teams, and technology partners. You will own requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases from definition to adoption.

Responsibilities include defining acceptance criteria, guiding UAT, tracking delivery, and driving continuous improvement while aligning with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Products, Data & AI, Analytics, or Technology Delivery.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management principles.
• Knowledge of Data & AI products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital products is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products from requirement definition through deployment and adoption.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, features, and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate delivery activities with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor product performance and ensure timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.
• Act as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams for assigned products.
• Maintain regular engagement with functional stakeholders to align product requirements and priorities.
• Support communication of product updates, releases, and enhancement plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure test scenarios and acceptance criteria are defined and validated.
• Support defect triage and resolution management.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and production deployment activities.
• Monitor post-release performance and business adoption.
• Support product adoption and value realization initiatives.

Support the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & AI products by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners.
