Job summary

A leading global consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Post-Contract Quantity Surveying team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cost Control and Contractual Administration of FIDIC construction contracts, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills. This role requires overseeing project expenditures, managing contract variations, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience post degree delivering Cost Management Services, with specific experience in MEP projects.
  • Ability to deliver in a reactive environment, responding quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate as part of the team responsible for commercial performance.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings.
  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration.
