Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare seeks an ASSOCIATE EMBC ADVISOR to coordinate disaster management initiatives at the JV and Corporate levels. The role supports stakeholders including Saudi Aramco connected facilities and government agencies to ensure seamless processes in emergencies in line with MOH, SCHS, CBAHI, FEMA, and JCI standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities in line with Saudi Aramco strategic Top Corporate Risk guidelines.
• Support JV level requirements as primary Medical Disaster Responder for Saudi Aramco kingdomwide.
• Support Emergency Management protocol at the Program level in JHAH.
• Coordinate backbone staff and resilient-ready structure with HR and other stakeholders as directed by senior personnel

The Associate Emergency Management and Continuity Advisor is responsible for coordinating various initiatives related to disaster management at the JV and Corporate Level that will benefit JHAH enterprise Internal Costumers Saudi ARAMCO affiliated private contractors affiliated medical designated facilities MDF Saudi ARAMCO third party healthcare providers and government agencies upon approved requests in order to ensure seamless processes are in place in the event of catastrophes disasters EMAC is part of JHAH accreditation and in compliance with the national governance body of Ministry of Health MOH Saudi Commission of Health Specialties SCHS and Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions CBAHI And in line with the international standards of Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA and Joint Commission International JCI

• Assist with various business unit activities that will meet Saudi Aramco strategic Top Corporate Risk TCR strategic guidelines governed by Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention and Corporate Policy 40 Resilience
• Support initiatives in key business units to meet JV level requirements of JHAHs role as primary Medical Disaster Responder for Saudi Aramco kingdomwide
• Support business unit level efforts that are within the JHAH Program 002 Emergency Management protocol
• Coordinate components of backbone staff and resilientready structure with HR and other stakeholders as directed by more senior personnel

Minimum Education Required
