Job summary

Fitch Ratings’ Saudi office in Riyadh seeks an Associate Director for Business Relationship Management (BRM) in the FI sector, Arabic-speaking with excellent English. You will generate new mandates, expand client relationships and lead market outreach across the Middle East and broader EMEA region.

You will build pitchbooks, coordinate with external and internal stakeholders, and participate in market events, leveraging Salesforce and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker with excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong sales background in the financial sector.
• Ability to build business relationships and grow your network.
• Be a keen team player, but able to work independently.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new mandates, starting with Saudi and the Middle East.
• Support business growth across the broader EMEA region.
• Analyze market prospects and engage new issuers and stakeholders.
• Develop persuasive pitchbooks and marketing materials to support outreach.
• Organize and conduct client and external meetings.
• Lead or participate in broader EMEA FI team projects.
• Represent Fitch at industry events and conferences.
• Build relationships and expand networks in capital markets.
• Use Salesforce to record outreach, manage opportunities, and renewals.
