Job summary

Fitch Group in Riyadh seeks an Associate Director to drive business relationship management for Financial Institutions in EMEA. The role focuses on originating new mandates within Saudi and the Middle East, while supporting growth across the EMEA region and leading client meetings and marketing efforts.

You will develop pitchbooks, manage outreach in Salesforce, and represent Fitch at industry events with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker is a must with excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong sales background in financial services or debt markets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and expand networks.
• Ability to work both in teams and independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Generate new mandates focusing on Saudi and the Middle East.
• Develop persuasive pitchbooks and marketing materials.
• Organize and conduct client meetings with external stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to EMEA FI team projects.
• Represent Fitch at industry events and conferences.
• Use Salesforce to record outreach, manage opportunities, and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal/external parties to drive mandates.
