Job summary

Halliburton in Saudi Arabia seeks an entry-level Service Operator I to learn safety and repair procedures on Hydrolic Workover (HWO) equipment, under supervision. The role covers basic inspections, maintenance, and site readiness.

You will complete iLearn training, perform essential math, and support rigging and preparation at the wellsite as part of career development. Strong reading and writing skills and basic computer proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully passed company tests and met competency Task Lists requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic safety and repair procedures on HWO equipment using the iLearn competency process for this job role.
• Learn basic operations including pre/post job inspections, preventative maintenance, and maintaining support equipment.
• Complete essential math and safety training following the iLearn career development system.
• Assist in clean up, repair, and preparation for a job and may assist during rigging up/down of service line equipment at the wellsite.
• Skills are gained by completing the career development requirements in iLearn’s competency management system for Operator Assistant I.
• Must have passed company tests and met competency Task Lists requirements; basic math ability is required.

Job Duties

Under strict supervision, learns basic safety and repair procedures on Hydrolic Workover (HWO) Product Service Line (PSL) equipment using the I Learn competency process defined for this job role. Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: (1) performing pre/post job HWO equipment inspections, (2) performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures, (3) maintaining support equipment (i.e., pumps, tongs, flowback lines etc.). Completes essential math and safety training following iLearn&aposs career development system processes. Assists in the clean up, repair, and preparation for a job. May be asked to assist during the rigging up and down of service line equipment at the wellsite. Skills are acquired by completing the career development requirements in iLearn&aposs competency management system for Operator Assistant I. Must have successfully passed company tests and met competency Task Lists requirements. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required. Reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred. Licensure to drive commercial vehicles maybe required for land operations. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. This is the entry level position into the Service Operator job family.
