Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking an on-site role in Saudi Arabia to assist the printing operations team. The successful candidate will support machine setup, loading materials, and maintaining records while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The position requires a Diploma in Printing Technology or a related field and preferred prior experience in printing or manufacturing. You will work closely with Operators, Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Printing Technology/Printing or related field.
• Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printing machines and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and changeovers.

Job Summary

Assist the Machine Operator in printing machine operations and production activities while following SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Handle and supply raw materials, inks, tools, and production materials.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and finished products.
• Monitor production and report machine issues, quality problems, or abnormalities.
• Support basic machine adjustments and routine operational checks.
• Help minimize material waste, production losses, and machine downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow all SOPs, safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with Operators, Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

HSE Responsibilities

• Follow all NAPCO safety policies and procedures.
• Use required PPE and follow safe practices when handling machines, inks, chemicals, and materials.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, and equipment abnormalities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Printing Technology/Printing or a related field.
• Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printing machines and production processes.

Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.

Willingness to work 6 days on / 1 day off and overtime when required.

Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
