Job summary

Lumi | لومي in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to lead the delivery of logistics projects across multiple sites. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s in logistics or related field and a minimum of five years in logistics or project operations, with ERP experience and a focus on KPIs.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Logistics Manager to support the execution and delivery of logistics projects across multiple sites. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, support workforce planning and mobilization, and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end logistics project delivery, ensuring timelines, service quality, and KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, and staff mobilization based on project requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Oversee daily operations across assigned logistics projects and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of logistics policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare operational reports and provide analytical insights to support management decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of new logistics projects.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project operations
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
