Job summary

EY Riyadh seeks an Assistant Director / Senior Manager in Experience & Design Strategy to lead the design of experiences across physical, digital, immersive, and hybrid environments in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will shape strategy, mentor teams, and engage C-suite stakeholders.

The role requires delivering Arabic-first content and interfaces, leveraging AI and emerging tech, and presenting compelling narratives in both Arabic and English for Saudi audiences.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in multidisciplinary design or related fields.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from concept through execution.
• Experience across digital, physical, experiential, and immersive mediums.
• Experience with senior executives and client stakeholders.
• Arabic-English bilingual with Arabic-first design capability.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on design across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into experience strategies and design solutions.
• Design end-to-end experiences across physical, digital, immersive, and hybrid environments.
• Apply human-centered design, service design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Leverage AI, emerging technologies, and innovative design approaches to create differentiated experiences and client value.
• Provide creative direction and maintain design quality across initiatives; engage with C-suite executives and clients.
• Mentor team members and contribute to evolving experience design practices.
