Job summary

Lead design coordination meetings, review drawings, and maintain design quality while supporting the Design Manager to achieve project objectives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, design management, or major development projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of design development, technical reviews, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager in coordinating the design process across all project stages.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings and deliverables for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Monitor design progress to meet project schedule.
• Lead design coordination meetings and track action items.
• Prepare design progress reports and maintain design quality.
