Job summary

Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking a Chief Specialist Acceleration Asset Ramp-up to accelerate commissioning and ramp-up of mining and processing assets. You will connect technology, data and analytics to identify high-impact levers across throughput, uptime and cost, delivering tangible improvements.

Reporting to the Director Technology Development, you will shape enterprise ramp-up playbooks, govern cross-functional projects, and embed repeatable capabilities to shorten time to stable

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry environments.
• Significant exposure to asset commissioning, operational ramp-up, stabilization and performance improvement.
• Experience delivering operational value through digital, analytics or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary operational, technical, project and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed an enterprise approach to asset ramp-up across mining and processing assets.
• Diagnose ramp-up constraints and enable targeted interventions that address root causes.
• Translate ramp-up opportunities into measurable value hypotheses and ownership.
• Drive sustained improvements in ramp-up speed, uptime and readiness through data-driven performance management.
• Coordinate across Operations Technology & Innovation, Data & AI and project stakeholders to align dependencies.
