Job summary

PPOAR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. You will create breads, pastries and desserts, maintain quality, and help develop new menu items while upholding safety standards.

This role requires at least 2 years of professional baking experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1600$ per month with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
• Experience working with sourdough bread is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and established standards
• Ensure all products are consistently of high quality and meet customer expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with the team to create new menu items or improve existing ones
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
• Train and supervise junior bakers to ensure they adhere to quality standards
