Job summary

Qureos is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple coffee shop locations, driving operational excellence and profitability across the region. You will lead store managers and café teams, ensure high standards of product quality and service, and monitor KPIs to accelerate growth.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in multi-unit retail or café operations, with a strong background in coffee or specialty coffee and proven leadership abilities.
