Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple coffee shop locations across the region, driving operational excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in coffee or specialty coffee, with proven multi-site leadership, a focus on quality, service, and customer experience across all locations. You will monitor KPIs, manage inventory, support recruitment and training, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 4–7 years of multi-unit retail or cafe operations experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple coffee shop locations.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive profitability.
• Lead, coach, and support store managers and café teams to targets.
• Conduct store visits and performance reviews for adherence to standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure inventory management and cost control across locations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategies and expansion.
