Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Architecture and is licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). A minimum of 3–5 years of experience is expected, with strong leadership and coordination across design teams.

The position involves overseeing layout across all stages, ensuring code-compliant structure systems, and supporting project objectives, budgets, and timelines through site visits and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture required.
• Licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout across all five stages and produce required drawings for design presentations.
• Coordinate with team and design disciplines; ensure structural systems meet codes.
• Identify and address anticipated issues or problems.
• Assist team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project objectives and deliverables.
• Participate in site visits, testing, and commissioning.
• Communicate effectively with clients and professionals, supervising as needed.
