Job summary

IDOM in Riyadh seeks an experienced Deputy Design Manager to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality drawings and 3D models. This role requires strong design skills, technical expertise, and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred) with 4–5 years of experience, must be a Saudi national, fluent in Arabic and English, and proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Saudi national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Lead and manage proposals for design contracts.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using advanced design software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
