Job summary

Takween Ar Riyadh Consultants in Riyadh is seeking a junior to mid-level Architect to develop architectural concepts, produce detailed designs and drawings, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

You will prepare design documentation, participate in client and consultant meetings, review technical specifications, and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, working within an integrated design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of architectural design and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative design team.
• Knowledge of local building regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities
