Job summary

iMaker Group is seeking a Site Architect to oversee on-site architectural execution, ensuring works follow approved drawings, specs, quality standards, and project schedule. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects with design integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 5+ years on site, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project-management tools; Arabic language skills; PMP is a plus; and a Saudi driving license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years' experience in the site.
• PMP is a plus.
• Saudi Driving License is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end interior and exterior projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution.
• Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and interior fit-out teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Identify construction issues and propose practical technical solutions in coordination with the design and project teams.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and SIs as required.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed according to project schedules.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review mock-ups, material samples, and finishes to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection records, and project correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, risks, and overall site performance.
