Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Riyadh seeks an ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager with an oil and gas background to lead safety programs on our projects. You will prepare EHS plans, coordinate with client and project team, and report to HO.

Responsibilities include inductions, daily site inspections, risk assessments, permits, training, audits, and liaising for external EHS audits and emergency drills, ensuring ISO-45001:2018, ISO14001:2015, and ISO9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Should be ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager with an Oil and Gas background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all EHS-related documents (EHS plan, emergency response plan, RA, etc.).
• Lead all EHS meetings with client and project team.
• Report all EHS-related issues to HO.
• Provide EHS induction training to new workers.
• Conduct daily EHS inspections for assigned zone.
• Ensure appropriate safe work permits are taken by Engineers/Supervisors from Clients/Main.
• Conduct risk assessments throughout the site and inform Site Engineers and/or Clients/Main.
• Engage in toolbox talks with engineers and ensure weekly delivery.
• Ensure PPE usage and proper housekeeping on site.
• Maintain documentation related to EHS activities.
• Coordinate external EHS audits & Third Party Inspections.
