Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is recruiting an experienced Hospital Housekeeping Manager for a growing healthcare group in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees daily hospital housekeeping operations, staff supervision, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards across patient rooms, clinical areas, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in housekeeping with supervisory responsibility, hospital experience, and strong infection-control knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Hospital or healthcare facility housekeeping experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection-control and safety practices.
• Experience supervising and developing housekeeping teams.
• Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic communication skills required; English a plus.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations across the hospital.
• Supervise, schedule and support a team of approximately 12 housekeeping staff.
• Ensure patient rooms, clinical areas, public spaces and offices meet required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address service or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control, health and safety, and hospital policies.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Train staff and monitor their attendance, productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with nursing, facilities and other hospital departments.
