Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is recruiting a Housekeeping Manager for a growing healthcare group in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily hospital housekeeping across the site, supervise ~12 staff, and ensure patient rooms and clinical areas meet strict hygiene standards.

You will address issues promptly and coordinate with nursing and facilities teams to maintain service quality. The role requires 5–8 years of hospital housekeeping experience, strong infection-control knowledge, and Arabic fluency

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Hospital or healthcare facility housekeeping experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection-control and safety practices.
• Experience supervising and developing housekeeping teams.
• Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic required; English skills would be an advantage.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the hospital.
• Supervise and schedule a team of about 12 staff.
• Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, clinical areas, and public spaces.
• Conduct inspections and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control, health and safety policies.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Train staff and monitor attendance and service quality.
• Coordinate with nursing, facilities and other departments.
